Basic Program

Our Basic Program includes your choice of accommodations, three delicious well balanced meals a day, weekly housekeeping, daily programs and activities, scheduled group transportation and TV, phone and internet hookup among many other amenities and services.

Plus Care Program

The Plus Care Program is designed for residents who require or prefer more frequent and intensive assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). The level of care needed is determined by a personal assessment prior to move-in.

Level I: Up to 30 minutes of scheduled assistance over a 24-hour period
Level II: 30 to 60 minutes of scheduled assistance over a 24-hour period
Level III: 60 to 90 minutes of scheduled assistance over a 24-hour period

When scheduled assistance extends over 90 minutes in a 24-hour period, management will meet with resident and/or resident’s family members regarding sitter care or relocation.

Additional Fees

All residents are required to pay a Community Fee prior to move-in. This is a one-time, non-refundable fee and covers admissions processing and refurbishing of the unit when vacated.

Community Fee: $1000
Guest Meal: $7.00 per guest
Transportation Fee: $35 per trip for transportation needed outside of regular schedule
